RETURN POLICY

Accepted Return Requests: We accept refund requests for products that are defective due to manufacturing issues, damaged in transit, or differ from the description on the website.

Note: Return requests for non-defective items due to a change of mind will not be accepted.

Return Conditions: We only accept returns for products in a new, unused condition.

Return Timeframe: To be eligible for a return, a request must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the item. Items received after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Responsibility for Returns: MAXITAZ PTE.LTD. will provide prepaid labels for returns related to manufacturer defects. Customers are not responsible for any restocking fees.

Return Method: To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at maxitaz.shop@gmail.com with the subject "Request for Refund" and include the order number along with a photo of the item highlighting the issue.
  2. We will provide a return label for download and printing.
  3. Package your return items and send them to: 138 Robinson road #02-50 Oxley Tower, Singapore 068906 Recipient Name: MAXITAZ PTE.LTD.

Return Notification: Upon receipt of the returned package, we will notify you through email. Please consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $60.
