Business Days: Monday - Saturday

Order Adjustments (Missing Product or Change of Delivery Address): For orders missing a product or with a change of delivery address, we will process them within 1-3 working days.

Delivery Time for Changes or Missing Product: Expect delivery within 5-14 business days after changing the delivery address or addressing a missing product.

Standard Shipping: A fixed rate of $3.99 per order applies. Order as many items as you want without incurring additional shipping costs.

Late Delivery: While the majority of orders are shipped on time, rare delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit numbers
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • International customs clearance
